Mindy Fach is a female tattoo artist who owns her own shop, Clean Slate, in Wasilla, Alaska. She has been tattooing for 11 years and specializes in colorful, illustrative work.
Each began her apprenticeship at Primal Instinct Tattoo, where she drove back and forth to Anchorage. She worked at the shop for 3.5 years following her apprenticeship and eventually decided to open up Clean Slate in her hometown.
As a single mom of two, Fach says that the commute and the long days in Anchorage were challenging and she wanted to be closer to her family in Wasilla.
Fach loves tattooing nature themes and has developed her own style over the past few years that leans towards neo traditional and illustrative. She enjoys working on pieces with bold lines and bright, solid colors.
Fach travels frequently to attend tattoo conventions and enjoys the experience of seeing new places and connecting with other lady tattooers.

Fach says that prices for her tattoos vary depending on the type of project or if she is traveling. To receive an accurate price quote for a tattoo, it is best to contact Fach directly through email.
How to Book a Tattoo With Mindy Fach
If you’d like to book a tattoo, Fach recommends stopping into the shop for an in-person consultation if possible. Consultations can be set up by contacting the shop or emailing Fach directly at makeithappentattoo@gmail.com.
To book and reserve a date for a tattoo appointment, Fach does require a deposit of $80.
